2529224 - How to access standalone version of System Overview tool and statistical records

Symptom

The aim of this document is to specify the options available to the SAP System Administrator to check the statistics of the Operating system and the SAP Application Server JAVA if the Netweaver Administrator (NWA) is inaccessible. These URLs can also be accessed if the SAP Application Server JAVA is offline as it needs only the sapstartsrv process to run.
