2529511 - Error to import users: does not match the required field name

When you perform an import basic import template, error as:

• Field Label in column -1 does not match the required field name;
• Field Label in column -2 does not match the required field name;
• Field Label in column -3 does not match the required field name;

Scenario 01:

1. Go to Update user information;
2. Download Basic Import template;
3. Validate this file;
4. Error occurred;

Scenario 02:

1. Go in Provisioning;
2. Monitor Job > Search by Employee Import >
3. Select Details option to see the error

•  Field Label in column -1 does not match the required field name;

         You are placing an encrypt file in the SFTP, however the system is not configured yet to read encrypt files. We have two option to resolve this error:

1. Removing the encryption from the file. If you are trying to import the file via Schedule Jobs from Provisioning, you should remove the .pgp extension from the file name as well;
2. You should configure your environment to read encrypt files, please, follow the KBA 2296971 - Generating PGP Keys;

• Field Label in column -2 does not match the required field name;

It means the file has no user data. For this error, please input user's information.

• Field Label in column -3 does not match the required field name;

     It means this instance has enabled pre-day1 feature and the user record has no onboarding id. For this error, please make sure that the imported user has onboarding id.
