System shows the number of all fields in the system, not just the ones relevant to the specific information.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Payment Information and select Edit
  2. Select the "Show 23 More Fields"
  3. Less than 23 fields are shown

Cause

  • This link will show the total number of configured fields that can be shown.

Resolution

  • If you use Business Rules or UI Rules to hide and expose fields, the value shown in the link will not dynamically update to reflect this.
  • The value shown will always display the total amount of possible fields that can be displayed, not the number of fields that will be displayed after the business rules and/or UI rules have triggered.
