2529611 - Custom or Partner Add-on Content is not Available in HTML5 Productive System

Symptom

Your custom or partner add-on contents are not visible in HTML5 Productive System. For example, custom workcenters or fields are not visibe in HTML5 Productive System.

Reproducing the Issue

Login to your ByD productive system in HTML5. You will notice that your custom or partner add-on content cannot be found even though they are enabled.

Cause

By Default, Partner Add-on content on productive system is not availablein HTML5. However; from system version 1705 onwards, a new process is in place to ensure that custom or partner content can be properly accessed in the HTML5 productive system.

Resolution

You can now request the display of Partner Add-on content in the HTML4 productive system:
To enable viewing of this content, report an case to Support where indicate firstly that the partner content is visible in the test environment of your HTML5 client. This way we can be sure that the Partner Add-On content used HTML5 will not corrupt any data in the productive system.
