The Admin wants to check the class/users requests in the system.

• The requests can be verified through Item Requests Reports
  
  Reports > Item Requests

• Directly through the item
  
  1. Search for the specific item in Learning Activities > Items
  2. Find and open the learning item
  3. Go to Class Requests
  4. Click Download Requests to see why the user is requesting the course.
