2530062 - BPC Error: "Ocp response: No element defined."

Symptom

  • When you click the environment name on BPC web right bottom corner, you see error
    Ocp response: No element defined.
    The logon attempt failed; contact your administrator.
  • In the IE debugging tool(F12), you can see error
    "Ocp response: No element defined. -  sap.epm.ui.common.registry.pak.ContextProvider"
  • The fiddler logs show that there is an error "BW_INA_GR_NA_ERROR" returning from server.
