When new users are created in LMS using New User option, so how to set default value for domain in which user are created.

User registers from the main User Login page and not the specific Site page created in System, then system will consider this as a default user and user will be created in the PUBLIC domain(default domain).
When User who register from the Site login page then user will be created in the Domain in which the Site is present.
