2530079 - SPNEGO wizard throws 500 internal server error

Symptom

  •  Clicking the "add" button in SPNEGO wizard of SAP NetWeaver Administrator throws 500 Internal Server Error.
  •  The error on screen is ""ExceptionHandler.handleThrowable: Exception occurred during processing of Web Dynpro application sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~mainframe~wd/FloorPlanApp. For details, check entry <ExceptionID> in trace (Internal Server Error 500 trace destination)."
  •  The corresponding error in default traces(location: /usr/SAP/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log) is "com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Security Violation: ViewElement of type 'ToolBarButton' and Id 'ToolBarButtonAdd' is not visible (Visible='NONE')!
