Which are the supported Ad Hoc Reports in Mentoring?

SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring

Certain details of mentoring is only visible to mentors and mentee (example- activity plan). However there may be a requirement to track these by the administrators. In such scenarios ad hoc reports can be generated.

Sometimes columns are blank or data is duplicated when I use more columns.

Reporting is available at the following levels:

• Mentoring program;
• Mentoring participants;
• Mentoring program owners;
• Mentoring program activity;
• Mentoring program matched participants;
• Mentoring program mentor requests;
• Mentoring program mentor sign-up forms;
• Mentoring program mentee sign-up forms;
• Mentoring program email templates.

Mentoring program sign-up template Information is also available for the following mentoring program options:

• SAP Jam group associated with the mentoring program.
• Participants can manually end mentoring relationships Which programs and information are available in the reports is based on user permissions.

Note on the use of columns:

• If you are getting blank columns, please note that some columns are program specific and will only pull data for their type; Open Enrollment & Supervised or Unsupervised. See here for further information.
• If you are receiving duplicate entries, please reduce the columns to include only the minimum information. Each column added can add a new line to the report, depending on whether the information is related to Mentee, Mentor, Matching etc.
• It is not possible to add/ remove the columns that appear in Ad Hoc for Mentoring. These are hardcoded into the system.
