Symptom

  • Create RFC destination in SAP system to connect to Data Services promotion import CTS repository
  • Test connection with error below in Response Body
    "errorCode":1,"errorMessage":"Could not reach CMS '<repo_name>:<server_name>:<cms_port>' Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)"
  • Status HTTP Response:500
  • Status Text: Internal Server Error
