2530210 - ESI - "<PROXY_NAME> is inconsistent, configuration cannot be displayed" in Proxy Generation

Symptom

When opening a proxy object for Web Services and opening the Configuration tab, the system raises the following error message:

<PROXY_NAME> is inconsistent, configuration cannot be displayed

Clicking on the Check button, a variation of the following detailed causes is displayed for the inconsistency.:

Data Type <DATA_TYPE>
'' is not valid for 'REPTERM'. Expected values: <VALUE>

Service Provider <SERVICE_PROVIDER>
'' is not valid for 'operation pattern'. Expected values: NORMAL, NO_RM

Service Provider <SERVICE_PROVIDER>
'' is not valid for 'Security Level'. Expected values: BASIC, STRONG
