2530267 - Starting entity not found in metadata: FODivision

• When going into Integration centre to view the Division and Department Onboarding Sync reports, an error stating
• Starting entity not found in metadata: FODivision
• Starting entity not found in metadata: FODepartment

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration to SAP Business Suite

1. Login to BizX and proxy on as job owner
2. Go to Admin Centre
3. Go to Integration Centre
4. Click on My Integrations
5. Scroll down to 'ONB Department Sync' and 'ONB Division Sync'
6. Click on the edit icon next to either of them, observe error
7. If you click OK, you cant do anything in the report and the error keeps popping up

• A new Entity was entered / changes to an existing Entity where made without refreshing the OData API Metadata Refresh and Export

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Search for OData API Metadata Refresh And Export
3. Click Refresh
4. Wait a couple of seconds until it's completed
5. Return Integration Center to test
6. Error is no longer there
