2530566 - No value could be determined for variable /ERP/P_0FISCVARNT01

Symptom

When you type a value for Fiscal Year Variant at the query variable screen, it shows the warning message:

"No value could be determined for variable /ERP/P_0FISCVARNT01"

And as soon as you enter the query variable screen you see the following warning:

"Parameter ID for controlling area (CAC) not assigned to user profile"

You get the following error when running a query

"System error in program CL_RSR_RRK0_DATA_PKG_FILLER and form CREATE_RUNTIME_CONTEXT-02-"
"Position in code >> Row: 91 Inc: LRRMSU13 Prog: SAPLRRMS"
"Specify a value for variable 0P_FVAEX"
