2530594 - Performance Form Does Not Route When Using 'Automatic Send on Due Date'

After creating a route map with Automatic send on due date enabled, performance forms are not routing.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Enable the Automatic Send on Due Date in the route map
2. The form does not move when the Due date arrives

• Check Tool has blocked document transfer jobs
• Automatic send on due date was enabled after forms were already launched
• Exit date is not before the due date in the route map
• Only Send Forms that Pass Validation is enabled in the route map
• Time set in the Auto Route Based on Due Date job in Provisioning has not passed
• Auto Route Based on Due Date job has not been enabled in Provisioning
• Due date that was set in the route map step has not elapsed yet

1. Check Tool has blocked document transfer jobs
   • Go through the steps in 2824417 - Document Transfer and Quick Fix - Configuration Check Tool - Performance Management which will route the forms
2. Automatic send on due date was enabled after forms were already launched
   • Changing this setting will NOT apply to forms already launched. You can manually route forms using the Route Form tool:
     • Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Routing an Individual Form
     • Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Routing Multiple Forms by Specifying the Template
     • Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Routing Multiple Forms by Uploading Form ID
3. Exit date is not before the due date in the route map
   • The exit date must be earlier than the due date in order for the Automatic send on due date feature to work. Changing this setting will NOT apply to forms already launched. You can manually modify the dates of live forms using Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Modifying Route Maps.
4. Only Send Forms that Pass Validation setting is enabled in the route map
   • Forms will not auto route if required fields have not been completed on the form. To bypass the validation, forms can be manually routed to the next step with the Route Form tool and there's an option to Skip form validation.
5. Time set in the Auto Route Based on Due Date job has not passed
   • The form will move on the next day at the time set in the Auto Route Based on Due Date job configured in Provisioning. The time will need to pass in order for the forms to auto route based on the due date configured in the route map.
6. The Auto Route Based on Due Date job has not been enabled in Provisioning
   • This job is required to be configured on a recurring schedule in order for the forms to auto route. As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner to enable the job.
7. Wait for the due date to elapse as auto route happens the day after the due date, when the Auto Route Based on Due Date job runs

Note: When you open the Info About this form, the comment for the route step shows as Auto-routed overdue document.
