2530632 - Not able to launch a survey prior to training

You are trying to configure a survey to launch prior the item's completion.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Content

1. Navigate to the Learning Administration
2. Click Learning > Items
3. Choose an item and open it
4. Click More link under Related menu
5. Select Evaluations tab
6. You will notice that there are two kinds of surveys and both are launched only after the item's completion.

LMS does not have the option to launch surveys prior the item's completion.

LMS have the option to launch pre-test and post-test for items. Those are configured on the item level, after the Exams are created on Content > Exam Objects.

To proceed on setting pre and post tests for an item, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Learning Administration
2. Click Learning > Items
3. Choose an item and open it
4. Click Online Content under the Related menu
5. Add both exams using the drop-down menu and select 'Add Exam'
6. Save it
7. Click More link under Related menu
8. Select Evaluations tab
9. On Learning Evaluation: Mastery of Content, select the Pre and Post tests from the drop-down
