You want to finish the fulfillment of multiple Contracts, but to complete it, you need to finish the Contract's fulfillment manually. You want a way to finish this fulfillment with a Mass Action(automated).
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Service Entitlement
2. Select the Contract
3. Search for Contracts
4. You will see that there are a lot of contracts in process
Cause
This is expected behavior, Unfortunately currently we do not have a possibility to finish fulfillment of multiple contracts in mass from the UI.
Apart from this the finish fulfillment can only be done individually per contract.
Resolution
One option would be to get this done via a PDI add-in as the corresponding action in the backend is released for PSM.
