2530700 - Missing direct reports on user's budget Assignment Page

One of the Direct Report is missing for planner in Budget Assignment.

Successfactors Compensation

1. Login to Instance as Planner.
2. Compensation->Budget Assignment.
3. Planner can see all reports except one or two.

• Only those User will appear in budget assignment page who have eligible direct reports under them.

• This is expected behavior.
• If you expect the user to appear then please check eligibility of direct reports under the user in question and fix issue if any.
