Symptom
Symptom 1:
When trying to open some tiles in transaction SM_WORKCENTER, there are no tiles displayed or some tiles are missing.
Symptom 2:
When opening some tiles in transaction SM_WORKCENTER, the error "HTTP request failed" is displayed as following screenshot:
Clicking on "Show Details" to see the text "call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available" in the long detailed text.
Aleternatively, the following error "Failure - Unable to load groups" may appear:
Or the following error might appear: "Backend request for populating config model failed." The error details are as follows: "No System Alias found for Service."
