Symptom

  • You try to update Hana Cockpit to SP3 using HDBLCM.
  • You get I timout error for the deployment of the components.
  • Installation of archive file(s) '/sap_install/HANA/2.00 SP2/COCKPIT/COCKPIT2_APP/sap-xsac-cockpit-2.3.9.zip' failed.
  • To see installation logs execute 'xs display-installation-logs 5891 -scv'. com.sap.lm.sl.alm.core.monitor.
ProcessException: Error staging application "cockpit-persistence-svc":
Controller operation failed: Could not stage application "cockpit-persistence-svc": Operation timed out after 120 seconds
Controller operation failed: Could not get recent logs of application "cockpit-persistence-svc": Operation timed out after 120 seconds

Installation of the component XSAC_COCKPIT (sap.com) 2.3.9 failed during deployment.
