2530925 - Error: Error occurred processing the CSV file Malformed entry of zip or jar file. Set system property 'com.sap.jvm.ZipEntry.encoding' to 'CP437'

When you are trying upload the Attachments in Data Workbench you receive following error messages:

Error 1: "Error in uploading .CSV file"

Error 2: "Error occurred processing the CSV fileMalformed entry of zip or jar file. Set system property 'com.sap.jvm.ZipEntry.encoding' to 'CP437'"

1. Go to Data Workbench workcenter.
2. Select Import view and go to Attachments tab.
3. Download the metadata template.
4. Upload the file and you will receive above error.

Case 1: Error 1: You are using old template for upload.

Case 2: Error 2: You are using .png files or .jpg files with filename having special characters.

Use below examples to set correct data in template:

Case 1: Download current template from Data Workbench Attachments in Import view. In the current template Mime Type is not required any further.

          Use attachment name as :
          XXX (where XXX is attachment name)
          Use the File Path as :
          XXX.png (where XXX.png is file path)

Case 2:

Rename the .png and .jpg file without special characters.
