2530939 - Missing entries in QM customizing in S/4 environment

Symptom

  • System was upgraded and SAP Best Practice content for S/4 environment activated. Standard customizing entries are missing for example in tables for Notification Types, Inspection Types, Document Types.
  • Unable to find Inspection Lot Origins to assign Inspection types in QM customizing (SPRO).
  • QM Inspection lot origins, other than 03 and 04 missing from customizing. Entries cannot be added manually.
  • Data missing after Best Practice Content activation.
  • Error message QA186 - 'No inspection lot could be created for item &' is raised while generating inspection lot.
