2531021 - Not all Standard Fields Available in the Campaign File Format

You are using the Campaign File Format functionality for your customer campaigns. You notice that not all standard fields are available here.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Sales Campaign workcenter.
2. Go to the Campaign File Format view.
3. Open any Campaign File Format.

Result: The fields Postbox, Territory, Territory Owner (and others) are not in the list of available fields.

This is the currently expected system behaviour.

The list of available fields will be extended in a future release; however, we recommend that you post your request in the Influence Forum.
