2531052 - No CSOL warning pop-up when saving a change to an already locked object

1. You have recently upgraded to Solution Manager 7.2 and you alter an object on a Development system which you expect to already have a CSOLlock entry, but when you save the change into a Transport Request no CSOL pop-up appears to warn you of the existing lock entry.
2. No CSOL popup showing conflicts is displayed when saving an object for which there is an existing CSOL lock entry SolMan system (no upgrade done recently).
