2531111 - New form not showing under the process tab in Form List reports

User wants to run the form list report of a newly launched form( example "2017 XYZ performance Calibration review form") but it is not displayed under the process list dropdown:

Success Factors Classic Reporting

1. Login with ABC
2. Analytics > Reporting >  List View > Form List
3. No 2017 XYZ Performance Calibration Review form to select
4. if we go to Analytics > Reporting >  Spreadsheet report > Form Status Report
5. 2017 XYZ Performance Calibration Review form is not listed

The list report works based on Processes.

If a process has already been created for the instance selecting that particular form, the form will show up under the process list. Else it will not

Create a new process from "Process and Forms" under Admin center.

Select the required form for that process, name the process and save it.
