2531200 - The Option Rules To Define Properties Of Fields Is Unavailable

You want to define rules for properties of fields but the value Rule is missing from Change Properties.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer 1708/03

1. Go to Customers work center.
2. Go to Accounts view.
3. Open Account XYZ(XYZ represents the ID of the Account).
4. Click on Adapt.
5. Select Edit Master Layout.
6. Navigate to facet Tax Numbers.
7. Hover over field Tax Country.
8. Click on Change Properties.

The value Rule is missing, hence you cannot define Rules for field properties.

For the following facets we cannot define "Rules" under Change Properties:

1. Account Hierarchy
2. Attachments
3. Tax Numbers
4. Buying Center
5. Sales Quotes
6. Registered Products
7. Changes
8. Activities

This is because all these are Embedded Components and for Embedded Components the functionality to define Rules for Properties of fields is not supported.

This is the expected system behavior.
