2531325 - IBP: Fatal error: "Reason: Format error in row 1: '' is an invalid date" when uploading Time Profile

Symptom

When uploading a .csv file for Time Profile, the job fails with a Fatal error and you find in the Application Logs app the following error: "Reason: Format error in row 1: '' is an invalid date".
