2531453 - Object Score is not updated at Item grade level - SCORM 2004 2nd and 4th Editions

Option in Global Variables to update the Object score to Item Grade(I.e. Capture Content/Exam Object score as Item grade when recording learning) is enabled but when user completes the course the Content Score is not displayed in the Item Grade. This is for SCORM 2004 2nd and 4th Editions.

• As per the product design, when you enable only the option "Record Learning Event When all content is complete" the content object score will not be copied to item grade level.

• Only selecting "Record learning event when all object is complete" will not copy the Score to the Item Grade. The following should also be used in order to copy the Score to the Grade: "Record learning event when content passed", which is selected at the object level.

Also:

• The issue is usually caused by the content being uploaded directly to the content server. or;
• Imported via Content Import tool, but not all entities were created at the same moment of the import.

Due to Sequencing Rules from SCORM 2004, this content type must be imported via Content Import tool along with the Item Creation. Only this way these rules will be respected and the content will work as expected.

To fix the issue it's required to check the option "Record Learning Event When all content is complete" as shown in screen shot above and also the option "Record Learning event when content passed" at object level(screen shot below).

Now any user who completes the course will have object score copied to Item grade level.
