2531489 - Missing MSC3N entries after new batch creation in VL31N

Symptom

Inbound delivery is created via Tcode VL31N from a purchase order.
New batch (which is not yet on stock) is added for a batch managed material manually in the delivery line item.
After saving the delivery the corresponding MSC3N entry of the batch was not created.
