2531627 - SAP Lumira Server for BI Platform 1.31.x un-installation failed

Symptom

  • When uninstalling the SAP Lumira Server for BI Platform 1.31.x, the installation ended with following error message:

        "Error: Assert((targetProcessedInstallStateRevisionedDuIds->find(productModelId) != targetProcessedInstallStateRevisionedDuIds->end())) failed in file .\InstallTransactionRunner.cpp line 817 Message:"

  • Following errors are seen in the installation log (<BI Install Directory>\SAP BusinessObjects\InstallData\logs\setupengine.log)

        Error: Couldn't load library 'InstallFramework.dll'. Error code: 127
        Unable to find function 'RunCommand' in library 'InstallFramework.dll'.

        Error: Assert((targetProcessedInstallStateRevisionedDuIds->find(productModelId) != targetProcessedInstallStateRevisionedDuIds->end())) failed in file .\InstallTransactionRunner.cpp line 817
        Message:
        Could not find current product revision in current or target install state.
