2531677 - How to view past and future dated records of an MDF Entity in Integration Center

The Purpose of this KBA is to show how historical data can be returned in Integration Center.

When performing an API call or building a report in Integration Center, by default it returns the 'asOfDate' records which means it will only return the current record for that object.

To achieve this we need to make use of the Time Based Filters and use the "Effective From" and "Effective To" Options in our Integration Center Interface and follow below steps.

1. Navigate to the 'Filter and Sort' page

2. Add a date to the "Effective From" field which is a date in the past of the first record you want to retrieve.

3.Set the "Effective To" field value to "Now" or the date until which you want to retrieve the records. (This can also be used to retrieve future records)
