2531687 - Standard Queries Are Missing in Accounts Filter

Symptom

Queries such as My Territory Team's Account or My Account Team's Account are missing from the Accounts filter.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Select the filter dropdown menu. Result: the filter options My Territory Team's Account or My Account Team's Account are missing.
  4. Go to Adapt and select Edit Master Layout.
  5. Select the Advanced Search option.
  6. Click on Organize Queries. Result: My Territory Team's Account or My Account Team's Account are not displayed and cannot be added.

Cause

Territory Management has not been scoped in your system.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Click on the Edit Project Scope button.
  4. Go to Step 3- Scoping.
  5. Expand the following: Sales - Account and Activity Management.
  6. Select Territory Management.
