Symptom

Authentication using SAML2.0 for the NetWeaver ABAP fails and the error below appears in the SAML 2.0 traces which can be collected using the Security Diagnostic Tool:

"SAML20 CX_SAML20_CORE: ENDPOINT_URL parameter not set or set incorrectly in the SOAP_SEND method.
Long text: ENDPOINT_URL parameter not set or set incorrectly in the SOAP_SEND method is given."
