2531838 - Seat Reservation is not used when Admin registers User in Class with reservations

User is not being registered as part of User Group/Organization with Seat Reservations, even though they are part of group or organization.

1. The Class has Seat Reservation created for a specific User Group/Organization
2. A User that is part of the group gets registered by an Admin
3. They get registered without taking one of the Reserved Seats

The Admin or the Supervisor registered the User without filling in the Reservation ID field

When a User self-registers in a Class with Seat Reservations, they are automatically using up one of the Reserved Seats, if available. When an Admin or a Supervisor register them, there are certain steps to be followed.

When an Admin registers a User:

There are several ways to an Admin to register an User in a Class, one of them being directly in the Class:

1. Open the Class;
2. Click in "Add to Registration Menu", the "+" button;
3. Click in "Add User";
4. Search and find the User you want to add;
5. Make sure to populate the dropdown "Reservation ID" with the correct ID for that User. This is to grant the User is placed inside the number of Seats Reserved;
6. Check the checkbox to Add then click in the "Add" button;

When a Manager registers an User via My Team:

There are more than one way to register an Employee in a Class via the "My Employees" tab, here you can find how to use "Register/Withdraw Employees" from the "Manager Links"

1. Go to "My Team";
2. Click "Register/Withdraw Employees" from the "Manager Links" tile;
3. Choose "Register Employees";
4. Click "+ Add" next to "Class" to find the desired Class and click "Select";
5. Click in "+ Add" next to "Employees" and choose the Employee by checking the checkbox next to their name;
6. Make sure that the Payment Method is set to "Voucher ID" and the correct Voucher is filled in for "Account", you can find that under Seat Reservations within the Class in LMS Admin before hitting "Continue";
7. Check the information provided and then hit "Register Employees"
