With Report Center enabled, Workforce Planning cannot be accessed by users or enabled in the Admin Center.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors BizX with Workforce Analytics
- Workforce Planning
- Report Center
Cause
Once Report Center is enabled, an additional setting "Enable Workforce Planning" must be enabled in Provisioning -> Company Settings so that WFP remains available.
Resolution
If you have access to Provisioning, activate "Enable Workforce Planning" and then set "Show Workforce Planning" in the appropriate users' Permission Roles. (You may need to log out and in before this permission option appears in the Admin Center.)
If you and your colleagues do not have access to Provisioning, request the change from Cloud Product Support.
