2532205 - The Upload/Download Buttons Are Missing for User under Define Rules for Territory Realignment

The Upload/Download button is missing for user under Define Rules for Territory Realignment.

You are logged on with your user ABC.

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the Sales and Campaign Settings view.
3. Select Define Rules for Territory Realignment.

Result: In the rules, the Upload and Download buttons are missing.

The Upload/Download buttons are available to business users who have the General Settings of the Administrator work center assigned.

User ABC does not have the General Settings of the Administrator work center assigned.

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Got to the General Settings view.
3. Select Business Roles.
4. Search for the relevant business role of business user ABC and select it.
5. Go to Edit.
6. Go to Work Center and View Assignment.
7. In Work Center/View ID column, search for SEOD_ADMIN_SETUP_WCVIEW.
8. Set the tick for this view.
9. Save.
10. Go to Business Users, select ABC.
11. Go to Update Access Rights, select Update Selected User(s).

Result: In Define Rules for Territory Realignment, Upload/Dowlnload buttons are available for user ABC.
