2532478 - Error "The requested resource is not available" appears when trying to access http://<host>:<port>/C4A_AGENT/deploymentInfo URL in browser

Unable to access the SAP Cloud Agent through http://<host>:<port>/C4A_AGENT/deploymentInfo URL in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2017.17.0
• Manual installation of SAP Cloud Agent and Apache Tomcat

1. Open Internet Browser such as Google Chrome
2. In the URL enter http://<host>:<port>/C4A_AGENT/deploymentInfo replacing <host> with the hostname of the machine hosting the Cloud Agent (use localhost if accessing the URL from the same machine) and <port> with the port that has been allocated (Port 8443 is selected by default).

This error is shown if the C4A_AGENT.war file was not deployed correctly.

1. Navigate to your Tomcat webapps folder found at <Tomcat Installation Directory>/Webapps/
2. Make a backup of your current C4A_AGENT.war file and remove it from the Webapps folder.
3. Unzip the C4A_AGENT.zip file into the Webapps folder
4. When Tomcat is restarted, the C4A_Agent.war file will be redeployed.

Please note: these steps are only relevant if your Apache Tomcat and SAP Cloud Agent (C4A_AGENT.war) have been installed / configured manually.
