2532520 - Unable to Find the Recruiting Entity from the OData API Data Dictionary - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When searching for a recruiting entity on OData API Data Dictionary, the entity isn't available/visible

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary
  2. Search for 'JobRequisition' entity as an example
  3. There is no result

Cause

This issue will happen if there were any recent changes from recruiting templates.

Resolution

Initiate a request invoking ‘$metadata’ to refresh the metadata in order for the recruiting entities to be available:

  1. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh And Export > Refresh Metadata Cache
  2. Click Refresh
