2532530 - Is it Possible to Change the Rating Scale Display Type on the 360 Multi-Rater Review? - 360 Multi-Rater

• The rating scale is displayed as a drop-down menu on the 360 Multi-rater review.
• Is it possible to change the rating scale display in the the 360 Multi-rater review?
• There are no options to change the display type in Manage Templates.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Launch a 360 Multi-Rater review
2. In the Competency/Objective section, the rating scale is displayed as a drop-down menu
3. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates or Form Template Settings - there are no options to change the display type of the rating scale on the 360 Multi-Rater review

It is only possible to amend the rating scale type on the 360 Multi-Rater XML template, not via Manage Templates or Form Template Settings.

In 360 v11, the following rating scale display options are available:

1. DROPDOWN

2. HORIZONTAL_RADIO (only rating values will display, labels will not)

3. FREETEXT

In 360 2.0 (beta), the following rating scale display options available are:

1. DROPDOWN

2. STAR

3. CIRCLE

For 360 v11: To alter the display type in the XML, add the above types (DROPDOWN, HORIZONTAL_RADIO, FREETEXT) within the element <scale-type>.

For 360 2.0 (beta): To alter the display type in the XML, add the above types (DROPDOWN, STAR, CIRCLE) within the element <scale-type>.
