Symptom

  • Set up the integration of SAP Analytics Cloud  (also called BusinessObjects Cloud BOC) with SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud using SAML SSO. As per Link
  • Download and set up SAP BusinessObjects Cloud content package
  • Stories working as expected for user setting up the samples and connection
  • Other users have error "Unable to retrieve data from Datasource error"
