Receiving an error when forwarding an external candidate to a requisition, error message states that "The job doesn't comply with the candidate's privacy setting of any company recruiter in my country of residence because the country information for hte candidate was not specified."

Reproducing the Issue
Forward an External Candidate to a requisition and you wil lsee the below message:
Cause
The problem is that, the candidate has the shared profile flag set to "Any company recruiter in my country of residence"
Resolution
To have the possibility to enable this flag, is when the following settings are enabled in Edit Candidate Privacy Options in provisioning:
The problem is that, if these checkboxes are disabled, you cannot remove the sahred flag, hence the reason why this error occurs, and is an expected behaviour.
