Symptom
We have 'Recurring Deductions' appearing for selection in the Recurring Pay Component Portlet. We would only expect to see 'Recurring Deductions' available for selection in the Recurring Deductions portlet.
The configuration of the Pay Components looks correct - Therefore we expect this to autofilter to be available in Recurring Deductions portlet ONLY.
Please advise as to why the Recurring Deductions are appearing in the Recurring Payments portlet?

Reproducing the Issue
Login to System
Navigate to a user
Go to Compensation > Edit
The Deductions are listed in Pay Components Dropdown
Cause
The Dedutions Pay Component in Manage Organization, Job and Pay structures for the said deduction has the flag "Display on Self Service" set to "Yes"
Resolution
Please set "Display on Self Service" to "No" for Pay Component (Deduction)
Also ensure that other flags are set correctly for deductions
Is Earning = No
Recurring = Yes
Target = No
Please Note:
You will likely still see this Pay Component listed when you go to Comp Info block > History > Insert New Record
- but this has always been expected behaviour of the "Display on Self Service" flag
