- Run the User Connector - SF
- Once completed, check the results via the "View Results" button
- In the results, it is possible to see that only one record has been processed
- The other user from file was not processed and cannot be found in Learning.
Cause
-
The User Connector - SF file consists of two headers.
-
The first and second rows are the headers that define each of the columns.
-
The first header row is related to the fields' names from BizX. The second header row is related to the fields' names in file are names from Learning.
Resolution
Add the missing header row in the file.
The corresponding fields' names can be found in the Connector workbook. For customized fields, the connector configuration should be checked in the System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > CONNECTORS.
Alternative method for the single header file: Editing System Configuration for Learning Integration.
Regarding the implementation and usage of the Learning connectors, it is recommended to engage the SAP team that delivers services or an SAP Certified Partner to review and perform adjustments in the connector configuration.
