Depending on the different search criteria, the same order, like Service request or Customer Contract, has a different overdue icon shown in Agent Inbox result list. For example:
- Using order ID: the Overdue Icon is shown as Green.
- Using Creation date From/To: the Overdue Icon is shown as Red.
- SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP CRM 7.0
- SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP CRM 7.0
