2532932 - Order search shows different Overdue icons in Agent Inbox

Symptom

Depending on the different search criteria, the same order, like Service request or Customer Contract, has a different overdue icon shown in Agent Inbox result list. For example:

  • Using order ID: the Overdue Icon is shown as Green.
  • Using Creation date From/To: the Overdue Icon is shown as Red.
