2532934 - O3391 error message while running transaction O3QCITEST

Symptom

  • When running transaction O3QCITEST for a couple of different Conversion Groups, no additional quantities are generated and the following error message appears: O3391 (Junk Values Returned from External Routines).
  • After execution of the test program ROIB_QCI_CALL_TEST program with CALL SYSTEM option. The test related to astm (API 1980) does not return any error.
