Sales order item for a Location Product (Product 'A' and location 0001) was reported in transaction WUF (Where-Used List). You did the deletion as described in KBA 2561358 - WUF: ATP orders cannot be deleted. While checking the same Location Product again in WUF the sales order item reappears.
