2533003 - sapcontrol webmethods end with FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED

Symptom

  • sapstartsrv process is running, it appears in process list (check it by ps -ef | grep sapstartsrv)
  • no /tmp/.sapstream5<instancenr>13 and/or /tmp/.sapstream5<instancenr>14 http and/or HTTPS streams exist (check it by ls -al /tmp/.sapstream*<instancenr>*)
  • sapcontrol webmethods end with error: FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED
