Symptom

AS Java fails to startup and the following error can be found in the std_server/defaultTrace files:

CSN Component [BC-JAS-SEC-UME], DC Name [sap.com/com.sap.security.core.ume.service]
com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Start of UME service failed

com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (101) JCO_ERROR_CONFIGURATION: Initialization of destination UMEBackendConnection failed: '$$' as value for 'sysnr' is only valid in a dual stack environment
