2533338 - Error Message: 'Company ABC Set of Books XYZ: No Fiscal Year YYYY is maintained'

You added a valuation to the a few materials via migration template.

You can see that the Activation is Active for all Business Residence of company ABC. However, system is displaying the error message 'Company ABC Set of Books XYZ : No Fiscal Year YYYY is maintained'. 

1. Go to Product Data work center.
2. Select the subview Materials.
3. Open the Material FGH.
4. Click view all.
5. Go to Valuation tab.
6. Select a company/business residence combination.

The error message is raised as follows: 'Company ABC Set of Books XYZ : No Fiscal Year YYYY is maintained'

This error message is being displayed because the Set of Books YYYY was created but not maintained for the Company ABC in the Business Configuration.

You need to maintain the Set of Books for the company ABC.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Clock Implementation Projects View.
3. Click Open Activity List.
4. Go to Integrate and Extend Tab.
5. Search for the Activity 'Set of Books'.
6. Open the Activity.
7. Click Edit.
8. Select the Set of Books.
9. Go to Company Settings tab.
10. Click Add.
11. Maintain the Company ID.
12. Click Save.

After that, the error will no longer occur.
