2533338 - Error Message: Company ABC Set of Books: No Fiscal Year is maintained

• You want to update or enter the inventory cost for a material.
• In the Valuation master data tab you verify that the company - business residence combination is active.
• However, the Edit Cost function is grayed out (if you try to enter the data manually for the first time) or an error message appears when trying to update the previously migrated value: "Company ABC Set of Books XYZ : No Fiscal Year YYYY is maintained' (ABC represents the company ID, XYZ represent the set of books ID, YYYY represents the missing fiscal year).
