2533343 - Request Timed Out to Proxy error when running CPI Iflow

Symptom

Intermittently you are receiving the below error for a timeout of an internal proxy server when you are trying to run your CPI Iflow:

LastError = java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Request timed out to proxy/XX.XX.XXX.XXX of 600000 ms
