2533358 - Company Org Chart | Org Chart isn't displaying in the Organization Information

• Org Chart isn't displaying in the Organization Information;
• I can't access SuccessFactors Org Chart;
• Org Chart Tab isn't visible to my user under Organization Information;
• How do I get access to Company Org Chart in SuccessFactors?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Log in into the instance;
2. Navigate to Organization Info;
3. Org chart option isn't visible next to the "Resource" tab.

This scenario could've been caused by two likely reasons:

• The feature "Limit org chart access to succession org chart users" is enabled in provisioning, and/or;
• The affected user is missing the "Succession Org Chart" permission in Role-Based Permission settings.

In order to establish your access, go through the below steps for each possible cause, accordingly (See help guide for permission : Permissions for Configuring and Using Org Chart) :

Step #1: Review whether or not the mentioned feature may be enabled in Provisioning:

1. Log in into Provisioning > Company Settings
2. Search for "Limit org chart access to succession org chart users" feature.
3. Disable it if enabled.

• Note: Only your partner and SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support have access to Provisioning.
• If you don't have a partner, please reach the Support Team under this same component to assist you on this check.

Step #2: If above feature is enabled in provisioning then either disable it and follow the below steps to grant permission to the user who want to see the org chart tab:

1. Log in into the instance;
2. Go through Admin Center > Manage Permission Role;
3. Select the required role that you want to grant permission to;
4. Go through Succession Planners > Enable "Succession Org Chart Permission";
5. Hit "Save".

By granting the permission and disabling the referred feature in provisioning, the affected user should be able to see the Org Chart tab now.

NOTE: Affected user might need to logout and log back in again to refresh their RBP settings on the browser.
